Dinner made (and breakfast, and lunch, and so on…) Maui Ahi Poke
This came out fantastic, the only thing I would do to improve it is to cut the soy strength. I need to find a recipe that’s just like the kind I had in Hawaii. If there’s someone out there that has the recipe they use for the poke that’s available in every grocery store in Hawaii, please share. I have a feeling the recipe modification simply involves adding the soy post-marinade. I’ll probably try it on the second pound of tuna I bought.
PS. This is like crack.

Sometimes when I’m not very hungry I make a shake for dinner. Tonight I blended strawberries, bananas, peaches, the leftover what-was-at-the-bottom-of-the-box Barbara’s all natural peanut butter and chocolate cereal, organic peanut butter, vanilla almond milk, oats, and a hunk of banana walnut bread (not organic in any way).
When you blend a piece of cake into your shake it takes things to a whole other level. Just wanted you to know.
PS. I’m full.
